EUSEW 2022 – ‘Going green and digital for Europe’s energy transition’
What: EUSEW 2022 comprises a high-level Policy Conference, the European Sustainable Energy Awards, the third European Youth Energy Day, the Sustainable Energy Days as well as opportunities for 1:1 meetings, exhibition stands and other networking activities.
When: 26-30 September
Where: EUSEW 2022 will take place in a hybrid format, with both participants and speakers attending online and onsite in Brussels, if the sanitary situation allows for it.
Who: Policymakers, public authorities, EU project partners, private companies, NGOs, youth organisations, energy consumers and other energy stakeholders involved in leading the transition towards renewable energy in Europe.

Shape energy policy: Call to organise a policy session open
The Policy Conference of EUSEW hosts several sessions organised by the European Commission services and stakeholder organisations to present and debate new policy developments, best practices and new ideas in support of the European Union’s transition towards an energy-efficient, climate-neutral and resilient future. Sustainable energy stakeholders are invited to submit a policy session and be part of the discussion.
Apply to organise a policy session until 24 March.
Celebrate clean energy pioneers: Apply for the EUSEW Awards or nominate a candidate
The European Sustainable Energy Awards recognise outstanding individuals and projects for their innovation and efforts in energy efficiency and renewables. Finalists are chosen by a high-level jury from a shortlist of the year’s most successful projects and actions for secure and efficient energy, and the final winners will be decided by an online public vote.
Prizes will be awarded in four categories:
